Sherry Thins
1/4 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
3 cups flour
2 taespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup cream sherry
Sift dry ingredients together,set aside.Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.Add eggs.Add dry ingredients alternately with sherry ending with dry.Blend until smooth,wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.Cut cookies with a cookie cutter.Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 4oo for 8-10 minutes.
