Obviously this is my first blog and I thought I would share a few things with you.My Grandmother,Enda Jeansonne got me interested in photography,art and cooking.She loved doing these things but simply did not have the means to take her passion a step farther.My Grandmother passed away about 5 years ago and I was lucky enough to recieve some of her cookbooks and family recipes.I have chosen to take this gift and publish a cookbook in her honor.Photography on the other hand is my true passion.I have lived in Louisiana all my life and can appreciate the beauty that surrounds us .The beauty that most of us take for granted.I have had a few tragedies in my life but truly believe that the experience of those tragedies,makes me who I am.
I have made this blog to try and help everyone see that things can get better and ususally do.Thanks and I will be posting some of mer recipes
