A Break in the tragedy

This is a song I wrote for my band "Bad Cover"

A Break in the Tragedy
By Shawn and Frank Chase

*You standing next to me,
Breaking the tragedy.
Able to breathe,
Is all I need.

We Started this trip,
Very long ago,
With hearts wide open,
To watch life's show.

Life can be cruel,
Then it turns around.
Wrong is now right,
So much love to be found.

*You standing next to me,
Breaking the tragedy.
Able to Breathe,
Is all I need.

Now that I know,
We can't go wrong.
With a love like ours,
Our hearts are strong.

Breaking the tragedy everyday,
It can be done.
Forget all your problems,
Then you've won.

*You standing next to me,
Breaking the tragedy.
Able to breathe,
Is all I need.

Christmas and New Years wishes

I have a few wishes for this year. For health and happiness for all of my friends and family. And for a new appreciation for what God has given us.As you all know the past 5 years has not been easy for me nor my family. My fellow kidney friends know where I am at...It seems that people forget that kidney patients lead a very out of control secluded life. There is no aspect of your life that is not inspected or noted because of your illness. I am a transplant patient and because of this I am questioned because of the transplant I've had. My kidney's failed because of unmanaged high blood pressure and because I am a diabetic this is where we go.ANYWAY THAT'S NOT WHAT THIS IS ABOUT.I joined facebook about a year and a half ago and have been in touch with people I haven't seen since high school.People who are starting on this long journey that I may be able to help.Life has opened up for me not only on the technical side but on the human side.I thank God everyday for my life,my friends and all that I have. Merry Christmas to you all and remember these words you may be here one day.

Merry Christmas

Hello to all of my family and friends. At this time of year we all think good thoughts and are greatful for what we have, who we have and what life has handed us.Friday December 11,2009 I celebrated my 18th month transplant anniversary. This time of year my donors family comes to mind. This would be the second anniversary of his death. This gracious family has given me and my family the gift of a second chance. Please take a few minutes to say a prayer for this unselfish gift that this family has given to me.This man donated 9 organs to 7 other people other than me.I recieved a pancraes and a kidney and am very greatful.

When presents are given and recieved on Christmas day,I know that have the best gift of all.....life.

Thanks and Merry CHRISTmas
